Linda Lea has a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with more than
twenty years teaching experience. She taught at the University level in
both Colorado and California, and as an advocate for literacy, worked
extensively in adult education and vocational training programs. She is
also a CTI Certified Professional Coach and a graduate of the Leadership
Program that is affiliated with The
Coaches Training Institute.
In
addition to her formal education, Dr, Lea has an extensive background in
written and oral communication. She has done numerous workshops in both
the US, UK and East Africa to facilitate groups in learning new ways to
listen and interact with one another. As an educational consultant,
leadership advisor and coach, she places a high value on tapping into
the full potential of her clients.
Humanitarian service
is a high priority for Dr. Lea. She served as Board President for The
Children's Center in Pueblo, Colorado, and worked as a GED Instructor,
teaching ESL students in Pueblo, and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Currently
she serves on the Advisory Board for the
Academy of Intuitive Studies
and Medicine in Sausalito, Ca, and she is the Director of Education Programs
for Global Partners for Development in Santa Rosa, California. Using her
background in curriculum design, she creates and oversees education programs
for Global Partners for Development in Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda, East
Africa.
