Linda Lea has a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a cognate in speech and writing, with more than twenty years teaching experience at the University level in both Colorado and California.

She is also a Coaches Training Institute Certified Professional Coach and a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program.

Currently, Dr. Lea is the Education Director of a non-profit organization, Global Partners for Development, developing programs to empower young women in East Africa. She is also an advisor to Women's Global Leadership Initiative and leads workshops for them.

In addition, she has done leadership workshops for women in both the US, UK and East Africa to facillitate learning new ways to manifest change.
